MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Credit Score: 621+ (no cosigner)
Credit Score: 580-620 (cosigner or double deposit)
Credit Score 579 or below (both of the above)
2 years of positive rental history (last 2 years) - if no rental history you will need a cosigner.
If you are a home owner you will need to provide payment history showing on time mortgage payments.
If you have an eviction or negative rental reference you may not qualify.
Rent must not exceed 40% of your total combined gross income. We can not count housing assistance as income but you are welcome to use housing as assistance to rent.
No evictions. Felonies and some criminal charges may make you ineligible to apply.

HOW TO APPLY
Please review the minimum requirements to the right prior to applying. Also, if you have a pet, please review our pet policy.
1. Fill out the online application for every person 18+ (there is a fee per applicant for the background/credit check)
2. Upload your last 4 paystubs (2 months) or a letter with wage/hours/contact info signed by your employer to verify income (you'll do this on the application page/website)
3. Upload a copy of your Photo ID (picture is ok - as long as it's legible and clear)
4. If the unit you are applying for is not on the list, check the box at the top stating "Not Sure".
NOTE: If you do not meet our minimum requirements you may need a local cosigner to apply as well - they would need to meet our requirements and be on the lease.
