Gateway Place Apartments is a community that was built in 3 phases during 2021-2023, beginning at the corner of East Hamilton Ave and Gateway Dr.
These apartments are upscale with units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with a variety of different floorplans. All units are either lower OR upper (no units are bi-level).
